I'm never flying with Safair ever again!!!!

I'm so disappointed with you'll in fact I'm extremely unhappy due to the incident that happened on the 20th of March 2018.

My flight was at 7 and i was at the airport at 05:45 and went to have breakfast at wimpy after that went to the ladies room. Bare in mind I checked in online already a day before to avoid all the queues. When I got to the boarding gate the ladies told me that everything is finalised unfortunately I will not be flying with them coz I am late. That was 06:35(remember the flight leaves at 7 and i could see the flight is still standing outside through the glass windows and the guys where still busy loading the laggages) I'm like how is that possible coz I did not even hear my name being called on the intercom to let me know that you guys are about to close the Gates? The flight is not leaving until 7? The lady told me that they no longer call out people's names anymore(nobody let me know about that), apparently people complain about the the noise(really?). I mean the minute I arrived at the airport they were announcement about unececasary stuff e.g. "please don't leave your personal belongings unattended" I mean that is not important than calling out somebodies name to let them know the their flight is about to leave them. What do you call that?

Now I have pay in 300 for them to trafare me to the next available flight? I mean really?

Guys I was really ****ed to honest and I'm never flying with Safair anymore. I just cannot deal
