******* Baggage Insurance Charge, Shame on SAFAIR

I recently purchased tickets on FlySafAir and paid an additional R100 (per flight) for Standard tickets which allows Check-In baggage, however I noticed that I was charged an additional R33 for bagage insurance and there is no option "opt out" of this service. I contacted SAFAir (via email) and the reply from Toko Wright-Pheto was: "... baggage insurance is an automatically selected added service which needs to be removed, if you do not wish to add the service when you are making the new booking" This is an untrue statement (although it's a bit gibberish) and I have screenshots to prove there is no such option. This is all contrary to the Consumer Protection Act.
