I’ll never fly using this company agai.

Sonwasibe at the bag check in turned me away because she said I can’t check in if my ID doesn’t match my ticket. However I assured her I had my marriage certificate with my surname which matches my boarding pass. Eventually after an hour the ticket sales counter told me that I in fact could check my bag in as long as I had my marriage certificate. When going back to the bag check in Sonwasibe checking in the bags told me that I didn’t explain properly which was an utter lie as she told me Fly Saffair changed the policy about this matter and she told me I mustn’t just talk talk talk because it’s not her fault I didn’t make sense. So rude and disrespectful after she wasted an hour of my time and my colleagues had long left me all because she doesn’t know policies. Then to go and be rude on top of it? I’ll never use this flight centre again.
