If only a refund was as quick as a booking

<p>My wife booked to fly between George and Joburg and back, however was taken ill with a bout of pneumonia and was told not to fly by her specialist.</p> <p>I contacted Safair and met all their requirments for a refund i.e. doctors letter ,official request filled in etc.</p> <p>Sent all info in an email and followed up only to be told it had not gone to the wrong person.</p> <p>Resent it and now nearly 4 weeks later cannot get an expected date for the refund.</p> <p>Their marketing blurb states 24 to 48hrs to process your request and then its over to the bank but what bank takes 3 weeks to credit a credit card.</p> <p>This mornings agent states it will take 7 to 21 working days to get my refund.</p> <p>I think its time Safair's personnel all began to sing off the same hymm sheet!!!!</p>
