Currently sitting in the terminal at King Shaka International waiting for my flight that was meant to take off at 17:05. We have just been informed that there is a technical issue with the plane and that we have to wait for a plane to fly from JHB (which only leaves at 6:30 apparently).

One of your “friendly ground staff” is not displaying the values on which you base your company. No announcement made to the passengers - we then walked to go ask this clown what was going on and then he said to me (while not even looking or stopping to acknowledge my question) - “they will come tell you”. The poor couple next to us have a connecting flight - and this same idiot didn’t even care.
