****** ID smart card by a Flight Attendant

In November 2023 26th to be exact I bordered flight FA239 with booking *** from Port Elizabeth to Johannesburg O.R Tambo. While I was packing my hand luggage on the overhead compartment, I dropped my ID Smart Card which was immediately picked up by the female coloured flight attendant who rushed to the front of the flight with it and because it was a full flight when i tried calling her she didnt hear me. She eventually came back about 5 minutes or so and I told her that the ID Smart Card she picked up belonged to me to which she said that she had offloaded it and the when I get to OR Tambo I should submit a request to have it returned to me in one of the flysafair cubicle offices. When I got to OR Tambo flysafair office was closed. I then proceed to call them the next day to report this and submitted an official complained via email and on the WhatsApp. After a about 2 months of back and forth and of me calling and following up, I was told that they do not have ID Smart card. I find this very bizarre as the flight attendance took my ID and ran with it, which gives me the impression that she was *****ing it and why would she offload it when flight FA239 was the last flight for the day. I do not have plans of getting an new ID and having the painful administration of queuing at home affairs and the financial implication of having to apply for a new ID Smart card. I want my ID returned to me and I will not back down until I get it back.
