I would like to suggest that they REVIEW THEIR POLICIES ESPECIALLY THEIR NON REFUNDABLE TICKETS POLICIES. People are facing different stressesand traumas daily but Flysafair only care about themselves and not about people. I understand they are doing business but can they not be a little bit lenient and refund at least half of the amount paid on flight tickets. I am so frustrated and very angry about this Airline service .
