I paid but they cancelled my booking

I have booked my ticket via FlySafair online. I have paid my ticket at PnP R1671 and send the proof of payment to Safair but no answer. I have called the call centre and sent my proof of payment to various people at call centre, also no solution I was told wait and they call me back. They called back on Sunday asking my proof of payment again since than nothing confirmed. I have tried to track my booking and they have cancelled it. So I paid and no booking now. What can I do. It is not service. Why do I have to chase them to send my ticket? Why do my proof of payment is not enough to confirm my booking? What now? I want my ticket. Now I have no booking no ticket but my money is gone and I cannot get hold of call centre they are busy.<br>
