I made an online booking and paid, they then had a system error which resulted to the booking cancelled but I later saw them deducting Three amounts of the same booking from my bank account

I made an online booking and paid, they then had a system error which resulted to the booking cancelled but I later saw them deducting Three amounts of the same booking from my bank account. They continued to hog on our money waiting for us to call after all the inconvenience and cannot give date and time for refund and refuse to give us 100% refund cancellation subsequent to their system error
