I have been a loyal customer for years now and today unfortunately was not a good experience at all

I have been a loyal customer for years now and today unfortunately was not a good experience at all. While waiting for my delayed flight at East London Airport to Johannesburg this evening, a young gentleman by the name of Anele Diko asked to check my bag during their boarding rounds. I have flew with my luggage bag a number of times before without any problems until today. There were numerous other passages who had the same size suitcase as mine but for some reason I was picked out of everyone. I don't know if it was because of the traditional beads I'm currently wearing that I was treated this way but to have to pay R300 for a checked in bag when so many didn't have to has left a bitter taste in my mouth about the airline and doubt I will be making use of them ever in the future which is unfortunate because I've been so loyal for years.
