I had a flight that was booked through safari which was at 8

I had a flight that was booked through safari which was at 8.45..i left home 2 hour early due to traffic I arrived at airport check in at 8am... Which still gave me 45 minute before the flight could take of and I was advise that the gates was closed with out even checking... In which I have to pay again for a later flight which was 3 hours later... In the flight I was in literally under 10 mins before the flight could depart a paseenger got on. How can I request a refund
