I am very disappointed by the services i received .

I booked a flySafair flight for my family as we were going on vacation on 12/05/2023 and we arrived in time at airport and the Queues was long at service desk and check in point and only few people was assisting us and Queue was moving very slow and when we get to boarding it was already late and we were charged extra R300 each which was R1200 in total as it was me ,my wife and 2 sons .The worse part we were placed on stand by ,we spend 2 hours extra at airport before we can be in the flight ..when i came back again i was told the laggage board is closed and my family can go with our flight and i had to remain behind and pay for R300 again to be on other flight and had to pay R250 for my bag which i was not told about by service desk when i check it .I was returned on boarding side ...i will never recommend any of my family ,friends or colleque to use this flight ...
