How to ***** from your customers - just ask Safair

I booked flights from Cape Town to East London for September 2020. In July of 2020 I was informed that the airline no longer flies to East London. Instead of a full refund I was offered a 55% refund! I can see no justifiable excuse for them to retain 45% of my money when they decided to cancel the route! Safe to say I will never use this pathetic airline again.
