HOW TO RESOLVE YOUR ISSUES WITH SAFAIR

I had issue with SAFAIR and the fact that you cannot get any assistance from them (refer my complaint below). In my frustration, I contacted the holding company overseas (just search on line) just highlighting the poor service. A VERY nice lady called me as their offices here had been instructed to investigate. They realized what had happened, viewed the footage and kindly refunded me the money(and within a day or two as promised) I had to pay to get onto another flight. I realize there is not ONE positive comment about them but feel it only right to say that my issue was very satisfactorily addressed. I swore never to use them again but I now will, given that there was effort made to attend to my complaint. One thing to bear in mind though, is that they will not entertain your being even one minute late so I will be very cautious around timing on my next trip.
