Horrified

<p>safair gave me vouchers in February due to a flight loosing cabin pressure, NOW i have to book through the call centre and pay an extra R100.00 when the voucher is to replace the flight I missed, let alone all the wasted money from the hotel that was not refunable and now I must still pay an extra R100.00 to book my flights, this is ridiculous, it was your flights problem in the first place not mine!</p>
