HORRIFIC SERVICE IF ANY AT ALL

I was hospitilised and missed my flight, Then ive send my supporting documents for the refund request, not that i expect my money i atleast expect any feedback from these guys.

I haven't received no feedback from no one since ive send my supporting documents they requested. the lady that was asking for this Docs is Andrea January.

IS THIS SERVICE ACCEPTABLE ???????? SERIOUSLY

WILL NEVER USE FLYSAFAIR AGAIN AND I WILL PROMOTE MY SIDE OF THE STORY.
