Horrific Service!!!

I was extremely shocked, disappointed and very sad with the service I received on the 09 Nov 2015 at OR Tambo.<br> I was 5 mins late for check. When I arrived the teller told me I was in the wrong que. I waited in the another que and advised the person lining the people up that my flight is @ 17.50pm. He did not pull me forward and there was no urgency so I did not panic. Instead to trying to get the me in this is what happened. I had sparkles on me and they spent 5 mins asking what is that I was more than happy to leave it behind of which I did I left the sparkles with the lady at the Teller can't recall her name. Then had to explain to Anwar he misinterpreted what I said. Then had to explain to Tshepiso. Then sent me to ticket to sales to explain myself Goodness. Then back to Check In Supervisor Tshepiso. Then back to ticket Sales to chat to Ticket Sales Supervisor . Ticket Sales Supervisor was on lunch and I was told to wait I'm a very patient person and asked and pleaded as it was Diwali my Christmas the next day and I had elderly people picking me up from the airport. The flight had not left but it seemed like they did everything to delay me further.
