Horrible service from FlySafair

They lost our luggage and did bother looking for it . They only found it when our 4 day vacation had ended . While trying to deal with the matter all the agents were extremely rude especially an agent called Reabetswe Kunene she said she would help out but rudely ended the WhatsApp chat . Once the bag was found it was damaged with missing items , even though the ticket at travel insurance they refused to reimburse us for any of the loss and inconvenience.
