HORRIBLE Service for lost luggage

My fiance took a flight to Cape Town to go do an installation at a client's house. Upon arrival in Cape Town, my fiance was informed that his tools were never sent down. So now we wasted 4k on return flights as he could not complete the job. In addition to that, no one can tell him where the bag is. Just that it didn't make it onto the flight. I have called numerous lost baggage numbers multiple times which includes a cell number to no avail. He stoof at OR Tambo for 3 hoirs after his flight landed with no answers. So we have wasted 4k on tickets and now a further 18k on replacing his tools because that was the amount it was worth. We also jave to fly down AGAIN to complete the installation. Horrible service to say the absolute least. Needless to say we will NOT be using Flysafair to fly down again. I'd rather walk down the the Cape than use them again
