Horrible Service Ever-NO SERVICE!!!!

I booked a flight for my son to Durban, we then had a bereavement, I called FlySafair the whole of yesterday trying to cancel the flight. I could not cancel the flight online. I left my number numerious times for someone to call me as soon as an agent was available. I don't even know if there's people working there because I find it difficult to understand how you can leave more than 20 messages with no one getting back to you. I tried to chat to someone on whatsapp, same story, i got a message that said chat ended, no one phoned. Till now i've been on the line for more than 30 minutes, i am completely shocked. the worst service ever!
