Horrible service

I had booked a flight to PE, and my mistake I didn’t see the airport that it was lanseria, so I went to OR Tambo, few minutes before the flight could departures I called Flysafair to try correct my mistake and get another flight as I saw that with the distance I couldn’t make it, this lady called Zodwa Zwane came and said she’s the seniour, they cannot help him I’ll have to forfeit the ticket, I said by their website said otherwise, she said we’ll send the screenshot, her attitude was so horrible as in she knew there’s nothing I Can do about it. Please can I get my refund then
