Horrible rude staff

I called their customer service, to check if they did receive the form for unaccompanied minor, the lady I spoke with she helped cos I did fill in that form three times without them receiving it but at last the lady confirmed that she can see the form, and the agent will call me at 13h00. Then at 13h40 I called cos I'm not getting the call. I got a rude staff which I didn't appreciate the way he spoke to me. Pls airline teach your staff customer service n value clients.
