Horrible experience from Flysafair

3 tickets were booked from CPT to Lanseria Airport on the 21st of October, these tickets included our baggage.....checked in online a night before and had our boarding passes, the flight was for 17:05....we arrived at the Airport around 16:25, but were told they didn't have space for our luggage, as a result....they could only accommodate two people n that meant one person to miss the flight and remain with 3 bags. The next available flights were for Wednesday evening, meaning we would have had to reschedule out tickets, get new accommodation n spend on food again for the 3 days. We opted for taking a bus to JHB which costed R2940 for 3 people, paid R1284 to reschedule the tickets for future date, R370 on food.... (the bus took 19hrs to JHB) , R400 meter Taxi to catch the bus n R188 for Uber to get home....total we ended up spending unexpectedly is R5182, while we arrived 35 minutes before our flight, had checked in and received our boarding pass! Horrible experience we received from Flysafair on that day, when we were only supposed to spend less than R150 for Uber to get home on that day. Our feets were swollen from spending so much hours on the road! I was extremely disappointed and we thank God because one of us had just got paid their salary and that's how we managed, otherwise we would have been stranded in Cape Town with no money to even reschedule the flights to that Wednesday they mentioned!
