Horrible communication

I am completely and utterly disgusted in the service of fly safair and the delayed communication.

I receive an sms at 12:00 that my flight at 13:00 is delayed by 2 hours and now a further 3 hours!!!!

NO COMMUNICATION i could have spent that valuable time doing something else or booked with another airline.

I now have to make an arrangement to be collected at the airport because i cant expect to be fetched 5 hours later!!!!

COMMUNICATION IN CUSTOMER SERVICE IS KEY!!!!!
