HORRIBLE AFTER SALES SERVICE

I booked a flight on 13 April and received an email that its cancelled. When I go to app and the Manage my booking it does not show as cancelled.

I have been calling the call centre and requesting call backs, I have used the whatsapp however they just say the agents are busy until I close the ticket. I even sent an email but to no avail still.

On the 15th April i booked another ticket for someone else on the same flight that one was not cancel.

I tried to contact agents so as to get proper clarity on what is happening and not engage AI robot!!

I just wish the Flysafair after sales was as top notch as they promise. It is not enough just to talk the talk but also walk it esp were people hard earned money is concerned.
