Hoax R1.00 Flight tickets

Sending this complaint I will not even hold my breath for a response as they are a company that does not respond. I wonder who else was reeled in by this fantastic offer only to be rudely shot down by a crashed website! How can you advertise a special and not have the manpower to handle the influx of bookings? I have tried the entire day to access their website but to no avail. As recently as right now (19h21) and still no luck. They do not answer their phones so you're left on the dark as to whether tickets are sold out or whatever the case may be. So come 23h59 tonight they will say sorry sold out but your God damn website was inaccessible! Word of advice: don't wrongfully entice people just for publicity because you may just attract the wrong kind of publicity if this birthday special is anything to go by! Seriously disappointed!!
