highly disappointed disabled passenger

I was most disappointed with the service I failed to receive being a disabled passenger travelling with my 2 and a half year old son .20 June 2018, from jhb to pe the flight was delayed almost three hours no one bothered to mention this to us until we got to the boarding gate with the wheelchair that was provided and all our hand luggage. We were then told we're not allowed to leave the airport. We asked the assistant to help us get a restaurant that had a play place to occupy my son there were none, he then advised us to be seated at the very last boarding gate as it was quite and my son could play while we waited with our bags. My husband then contacted the safari call center to assist by sending a wheelchair back to us so we could make our way to the front desk, the agent offered us a voucher for food which we were not interested in. No one pitched with the wheelchair I had to walk by the way im on crutches (im an left leg above knee amputee)all the way back to the main boarding gate. The security allowed us to leave after hearing our situation .we came back to the airport only to find out flight further delayed we made our way to the wheelchair assistance and a guy named Kenny was very helpful and made sure we got to the wheelchair bus on time.we were then driven to aircraft and had to wait further for all passengers to enter plane before the wheelchair passengers were seated.at this very moment we are freezing cold irritable and have a very crabby child .once we landed in pe we thought we were finally relieved to get home only to find out that one of our luggage was missing . We reached home after midnight which is totally unacceptable I'm shocked that as a person with a disability and that asked for assistance initially gets treated in this manner I sent through my complaint via watsapp and then as no did not receive any joy I posted it on face book. I feel that no one had any remorse for our situation! You can waste my money but certainly not my time !!!
