Hidden costs not refundable.

I have made a return booking with safair for five people. Checked in luggage was not required for every passenger as two of the passengers are mminors younger than 7 years old. As there are no options to choose booking in luggage fro individual passengers, I had no option but to choose the option with luggage for every passenger. When I sent a message to safairs help desk with a view to have luggage removed for two of the passengers for both flights, Suhail Shayk responded by saying that luggage could not be removed and a refund was not possible once checked in. Recall there are no other options available even on their manage bookings. Bluff their customers with not so cheap prices considering that luggage is paid for whether you have checked in luggage or not, and on top of that profit at ********* rates from customers like me. So is that how you offer competitive rates? I advise you to please check your options before you book with safair. they may be skinning you alive and you wont know it.

There are many other hidden options which are already chosen before you pay and then suddenly you se added charges when payment is being made. Watch out.

I only hope their competition grows and at the moment, I had to book with safair without other options.

Rotten policy for an airline that advertises otherwise.

Will consider alternative travel options in the future and advise others to do the same.
