Hidden charges during check-in
This so-called service forces their victims to pay extra for luggage. Having luggage is kinda a thing for travellers, and this is stock standard service with virtually every standard airline. FlySafair flies way below these standards.
What is more is they sneak in this surcharge during check-in. I recommend that you do not support this airline or anyone with ***** practices like this. One star is too high up in the clouds for them.
