Heartless Airline FLYSAFAIR

It is with great disappointment to come across such a heartless and inconsiderate staff and airline. On 27 January 2019 I was a passenger on flight FA12683 from Cape Town international airport to OR international. Upon arrival at OR Tambo we found that one of our checked luggage had been damaged in transit. The matter was reported to the relevant department via email. I received an email response from Ellerser Malgas 13 February and her Team compensating me R250.00 for the damaged bag.

I made a call to internally to the consultant to have their decision reviewed without success. I write this appalled and disgusted by this matter. I feel devalued and insulted by the airline. This company is a joke and they take consumers for fools, where will I buy a hard-body travelling bag worth R250.00.
