On Sunday, 22 June 2025, I informed an agent that I had accidentally swapped my hand luggage, which I only realized once I got home. The agent simply gave me an email address - ***, to report the issue, but offered no further assistance. Wanting to ensure the rightful owner could retrieve their bag, I called again and was assisted by a kind and helpful representative named Fortunate. She listened attentively, contacted the airport on my behalf, and followed up with confirmation that the luggage was there. Her persistence, friendliness, and willingness to help were truly appreciated.
