Great service!

Just had the best service from a FlySafair Customer Care agent in assisting me with a full refund because they changed the flights. First email came in, I called and Vangi answered, assured me a full refund will be processed. Second email came in, but I was literally 5mins short of a refund. Called again, spoke to someone else who kept talking over me and simply telling me he can't assist, I'll have to pay to change the flight again. Then wishing me a good day in the most sarcastic voice ever. I jumped on the emails, got hold of Vangi and she assisted me yet again. Ask to speak to Vangile Manana next time, she knows what she's doing.
