Great and understanding service

I recently flew with Flysafair from PE to JHB. On the day of my return flight, I got stuck in the lift at OR Tambo. I missed my flight because of this but luckily the ACSA emergency agent, whom I spoke to in the lift, called the airline and avised on my situation. Long story short, the airline agreed to put me on another flight without any additional charges. I appreciate the great service.
