Grateful, thankful and relieved

Thank you……to the ground staff at the sales office and to the ground staff at the boarding gate. You guys are life savers. I was late for my bag drop. Missed it by 4 or 5 minutes. As I had checked in online I kinda thought I was immune to the early cut off….but alas I was not. The hey couldn’t help me. A supervisor was called. They couldn’t help me. I was dispatched to the sales counter to go on standby for another flight later that day. None were available. I reminded the sales lady that I had booked in and my flight was still boarding and had not yet left. She encouraged me to get through security as speedily as possible (with my huge bag), and to rush to the boarding gate….. Needless to say, with all their help, I made it on to my flight and am on my way home. I am eternally grateful to them for helping me. Special thanks
