Got R299 tickets, Safair Cancelled, Not Refunded

I bought R299 tickets this morning on SAFAIR's special. The funds have been deducted from my account. A few minutes later I went online to check the exact time of the flight, and saw that my booking has been cancelled. The payment hasn't been reversed. Tried phoning the help centre, which just has a busy line... no getting through. <br> <br> **** service and **** call centre = **** airline.
