Good Morning, i would like to request that your company reimburse my full amount for our flight ticket.we had booked a cruise with MSc which was cancelled in January and forfeited the 300, we rebooked again for return on the 4th and the travel agent did not advise that we were suppose to be there earlier and had to travel back..please humbly assist.***
