GILRFRIEND AND KIDS WERE NOT ALLOWED TO CHECKIN

Hello Peter,<br> <br> I want to express my deepest disappointment with FlySafair Staff, I made a Booking for my girlfriend and two kids who were suppose to travel to Port Elizabeth from Johannesburg O.R Tambo Airport with FYLSAFAIR AIrline. They were suppose to leave on Monday (30/11/2015) on flight FA232 @ 18:55 -20:35 , booking Reference 45NEJ4, due to the traffic and taxi's we arrived at the airport @ 18:30 so the SAFAIR staff refuse to let them inn and they told us that we must REBOOK. On tuesday I made another booking ENWDHB for them to leave on Wednesday 02/12/15 @ 05:45 -07:25 flight FA230 and we arrived at the ORTambo Airport at 05:00 AM and again they told us that the supervisor had already gone to hand inn the paperwork to the crew that was leaving for Port Elizabeth and when I approach the supervisor , she would'nt even listen to me an'd again we were told to leave and if we want to go to PE we must make another booking. Both Bookings costed me R3294.00. 1st booking (45NEJ4) was R1197 and 2nd booking (ENWDHB) was R2097 and now I'm broke & my girlfriend and kids did not go to the December Holidays. I even missed work on wednesday becuase of the headache & stress. Thembelan
