Getting to big to carep

We have had a number of unpleasant experiences lately with our bookings. Bookings, seats etc are changed with no notification. I did a online flight change last month and on the day when check in opened discovered the seat has been changed from 1A to 16 D. Yesterday i found out that our flights for march had been changed with no notification. We had to attend a business function at 14h00 only to see the new flight leaves at 13h55. Also that our booked seats 1A & B were no longer. My wife and i have been split up. Me now sitting in 4D. Only after calling in did they agree to offer me a voucher. We mentioned this yesterday to another person and they are having the same experiences. Later that day after we all complained did a notification come through. NO GOOD ENOUGH SAFAIR.
