FlySafair you are most decidedly going to have to up your game. I caught a flight with your airline by accident as my corporate traveller notified me that my favourite airline (SAA) was fully booked. When i book with SAA i get a free meal and drink with spacious seats and when i change my seating online and it happens to fall alongside an existing booked empty centre seat i do not get asked to pay an additional R750 which we all know was booked out originally by another passenger who enjoys more room. It's a ******* personally. Here i was in the process of changing my seat for a mere "normal" seat either aisle or window and i was requested to pay additional fees. As an airline you are in the Ark Ages in terms of baseline service.
