FylSafair R5 ****

I made a booking during the R5 special from Joburg to Cape Town and received a ref number ********** 94164 to use as payment at P&P. When I got there I was told that the reference number does not exit. Send a few w/ups to the FlySafair w/up number no response. Called the call center 4 time between Wednesday and this morning no answer.
