****ed up service

So, the first flight from lanseria Airport to cape Town I rescheduled because I saw we might be late. I got at the airport 20mins before boarding gates closed. We were refused to check in I do understand being here earlier bt why do u have a online Chek in if it doesn't work? I rescheduled to this morning flight again wole morning I had difficulty checking in got here 35 mins before the time then they couldn't find us on the system only to be ****en told to go to ticket sales and re****en book the flight. I've been trying since 6 to check in online went to ticket sales rescheduled the flight on my phone I told the person I was dealing with that I can not check in online it keeps on telling me to retry in 20 mins this person tells me no wait 10 minutes the system is updating its 10.18 the next flight out is at 13.20 and still I can't ****en check in online. I have to say it's the first time I've got these issues and I have to say it really ****ed up my plans for 2 days in a row.
