Friendly and welcoming check in by team member

I must compliment one of your team members at check in, in Cape Town yesterday, on the 15.25 flight back to JNB. Bongikiwe - full of smiles, friendly and very helpful. Such repore goes a long way, especially when you've been travelling on business, have walked to check in and have to walk to the gates. Tired and feeling irritated as you just want to get home. Bongikiwe ensured that I had the right seat, which was the emergency exit, as I like to stretch out my legs and read. Unfortunately I cannot say the same for my check in from JNB to Cape Town on the 13:25 flight on Sunday 24 November. The lady was rude and whilst I had pre-booked the emergency exit seat, on getting on the aircraft, I realised that she had not checked me in to the seat in question, leaving me irritated, espescially as I was travelling on a Sunday. Kudos to Bongikiwe!! A very special part of your team.
