Forced Double payment

Made an online booking for a friend mafe payment, received confirmation email, received reference number OJAUC0, momey deducted from bank account same day.<br> When friend arrives they had no records of the booking and weren't helpful ti investigate...plain simpmy said if he want to fly he need to make another payment (booking). <br> Typical government type operation...no pride...no service...plain ******** to customer service and no system...not even a option ti email and telephone just rang...<br> Cant see them be around by xmas 2015
