Flysaunfair

I never trusted this a line because of the previous bad experience. Because I had no choice,the other airlines that I trusted are no longer operational, I spent almost 12 hours between O.R and Cape Town airports 10/08/2022,on top of it all my luggage was lost. Today 11/082022, I'm still waiting for the call right now. I have nothing to wear. Had to buy toiletries and pj's at woolies cape town Airport. I decided to call the call centre,I was told my luggage will be delivered, time unknown! My plans are ruined, I'm in my room I can't fo anywhere. When I asked if my money was going to be paid,they told me they are sorry, is sorry going to refund my money spent for things I have already? Flysafail...flysaunfair....can you just treat us better? Stop trying to milk us dry especially with your incompetence. I really am gatvol,I checked the previous reviews,they are not even responding, it says a lot about them!!!! Bug on taking our money 💰 but no delivery 😤 😒 😑
