We are currently stuck in Bloemfontein Airport flysafair is telling us that they will not refund us and we have to wait for tomorrow. I have never seen such unprofessional service in my life. We are in a long que and no one is even attending to us to explain. You must wait in this long que to get am explanation. We have work tomorrow and they just don't care.
