FlySafPathetic

This airline has gone from good to pathetic in one swoop. Flight 478 from Lanseria to Durban has been the worst of my life.

First, they are more than 30min late, with no real explanation why. Then boarding is called, and passengers have to stand in a queue for 45mim. Then the plane had to turn around on the taxi way because of a leaking toilet. No information on how long it would take to sort out the issue was given.

None of the flight crew showed any interest in addressing passengers, nor did they care in the slightest that passengers would be breaking curfew.

The head stewardess was utterly disinterested in what was going on, mumbling some incoherent nonsense when I asked her questions. She had the most irresponsible irritated look on her face, and tone in her voice when addressing passengers.. completely and utterly unhelpful! When I asked her about the issue with curfew, she just looked at me with disdain.

I would NOT recommend this airline to anyone! It has no interest in taking care of passengers: no communication, indifferent crew members, and no respect for their clientele.
