Flysafiri it has bad customer service.we booked a flight tickets and the flight was delayed for 4hrs while waiting for it. And on the 31october 2020 we called Flysafiri to change booking time ww didn't get any response ,we even watsup them to change bookings nothing still,send them email still..now when we got the airport they telling us we have to buy another tickets which cost us 3500. We did buy another tickets. Flysafiri i dnt recommend to anyone. Know wen we landed to lanseria international they told us that they left our bag in cape town. We called their call center they telling us of giving a voucher we don't want it want our money.

You are welcome to make changes on the booking no later than 4 hours prior to departure.Please be advised that you will be liable for a penalty fee of R300 as well as the price difference in the tickets should the flight you change to work out more expensive.Kindly visit our website on www.flysafair.co.za or call our call centre on *** to make changes.Also take note that an additional service fee of R100.00 will apply when making changes through the call centre.
If you do not make it for your flight and no changes are made then the ticket will be forfeited.
