Why are Flysafair not refunding passengers in full for flights cancelled due to the Corona Virus outbreak.

Each and everyone, privateer or corporate has had to make sacrifices during this difficult time , yet Flysafair refusing to do likewise.

Loyal customers to the airline need to be refunded, or at the minimum, offer 1 year validity to the voucher.

The terms you have offered are unacceptable, and in the current scope of matters, unreasonable..
