Flysafair's bad service

Failed to assist with rescheduling a flight at OR Tambo as the helpdesk was inundated with passengers and we asked for any alternative when we finally reached the front of the que. Lady offered no alternative but I was able to book a flight from Lanseria within minutes, this is clearly just an easy way to get us to pay twice for the same flight.
