Flysafair Zimkhitha

I booked a flight and checked in online, theirs boarding pass doesn't have a boarding gate so I asked of their employees to show me where to board and they showed me me the gate (it was C11) when it was the time to identify myself the there person who was allowing people to get inside identified that I was suppose to board in A11 whre I was recieved by Zimkhitha (who later on refused to identify her surname) and refused me to board regardless of the fact that I was I was misguided by one of her colleagues who then alerted her of the situation. I am now at the airport required to book another flight. I would judge the safair airline based on this but am I would judge them on the action they take on this situation. But nevertheless i do judge Zimkhitha as an individual on this case. Her inability to reason and act quickly raises doubts on how she got employed at first place. It someone states the rules or conditions you have violated that makes you unable to board it makes sense but in this case she fe8that it was okay for her to deny me to board regardless of the situation.
